How BatMedia collects, uses and protects your information when you visit our website and book a call with us, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
- We collect what you give us to book a call: your answers to our owner check, your agency name, and your booking details.
- We use it only to prepare for and hold your call, and to run our free campaign offer.
- We use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook ads. You can opt out.
- We never sell your information. You can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.
01Who we are
BatMedia is a brand run by Brian Tan, an individual based in the Philippines. BatMedia runs Facebook ad campaigns for DMW-licensed international recruitment agencies in the Philippines. Brian Tan is the personal information controller for the information described in this notice. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean BatMedia and Brian Tan.

We do not ask for or need sensitive personal information on this website.

- To check whether our free 10-day campaign is a fit for your agency.
- To schedule, prepare for and hold your call.
- To set up and run your campaign if you go ahead.
- To measure how our ads perform, and to show our ads to people more likely to be agency owners.
Our legal bases are your consent, the steps you ask us to take before entering an agreement with us, and our legitimate interest in running and measuring our business.
04Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. It records events such as visiting a page, passing the owner check and booking a call, and links them to the Facebook ad you came from. Meta may combine this with information it holds about you under its own Privacy Policy.
You can limit this in your Facebook ad preferences, block cookies in your browser, or use your browser's tracking protection.
05Who we share it with
We share information only with the services we need to run this website and your call:
- Calendly, for booking. See Calendly's privacy notice.
- Meta Platforms, for ad measurement through the Meta Pixel.
- Our website hosting provider, which stores this website.
Some of these providers process information outside the Philippines. We share only what each one needs, and we never sell your information.
06How long we keep it
We keep booking and owner check information for up to 2 years after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner, or the law requires us to keep it longer. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we work together and as required by law afterward.
07How we protect it
We use reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures to protect your information, including access limited to the people who need it and secure, password-protected accounts with our service providers.
08Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your information is used
- access the information we hold about you
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- object to processing, or withdraw your consent
- have your information erased or blocked
- get a copy of your information in a usable format
- be compensated for damages from unlawful processing
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission
